To cancel your subscription purchased by PayPal, please go directly to your PayPal account. Here is a guide on how to manage you subscription.

To cancel your subscription you’ve purchased with by card, click on your profile avatar and then on "Manage subscription"

Then click on "Cancel Plan"

Your plan will be canceled, but still will available until the end of your billing period. If you are eligible for a refund, you are welcome to request it:

If you paid with Apple Pay on Apple Pay directly

If you paid by card please contact support@worldchess.com

If you wish to permanently delete the account, please contact us at support@chessarena.com.
