According to our Terms and Conditions, a user who is not 100% satisfied with their FIDE Online Arena membership is entitled to a full refund of the membership fee within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Important: If a user achieved and paid for a FIDE Online Arena Title during these 15 days, then no refund of a membership fee is possible. Once paid, FOA Title fees and their connected membership fees cannot be refunded.
