Yes! You can play up to 20 games at a time.

On web, IOS, and Android go to Lobby and click on several games at a time to multi-search. Your can cancel search if you reconsider.

All your games will be displayed in "Active games" section. To see them, click on the chess board icon at the upper right corner of the page, and then click on "All my games".
