How can I report unfair play

Updated over a month ago

You can always mark your opponent during the game if you suspect him/her. To do this, you need to move the mouse over the camera icon, which is to the left of the board, and click on on “three dots” icon to the left of the board, and then on the "Report" button. You’ll be asked to fill in a short report form.

According to our current fair-play policy, we issue a warning to participants who are playing unfairly. By ignoring the warning and continuing unfair play, the player gets banned from our platform.

If you think you have lost your points or rating due to your opponent's unfair play, please describe the problem carefully and send them to support@chessarena.com

We'll check your game and your opponent's gaming history and give the rating back to you if the game has been indeed played unfairly.

Please mind that we do not give out reports.
